This policy explains what FinClarQ collects and how we use it. We collect only what the diagnostic needs.
What we collect
Your name, email, company, and role from sign-in; the answers you give in the assessment; and the score and report we generate. Payment is handled by our payment processor; we never see your full card details.
How we use it
To run your diagnostic, deliver your report, and support you. In anonymized, aggregated form, we use assessment data to improve the accuracy of the scoring and benchmarks (the Data Flywheel). Anonymized use is covered by the consent you give at checkout.
How long we keep it
We retain your assessment answers and the reports we generate for 24 months from the date of your last account activity. After that, we delete them. You can ask us to delete them sooner — see Your choices below.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers that run the platform (hosting, database, email, payments), under contract.
