These terms govern your use of FinClarQ, the AI financial-clarity diagnostic. By using the service you agree to them. This is a beta; the service is provided as is.

1. The service

FinClarQ scores your organization's financial clarity and produces an informational report. It is a diagnostic tool, not accounting, legal, tax, or investment advice, and it does not replace a professional you rely on for those.

2. Payment and refunds

The paid report is a one-time charge shown at checkout. If the report does not give you a plan you can act on, reply to your report email within 14 days for a full refund.

3. Your data

We store the answers you provide and the report we generate to run the service and, in anonymized form, to improve it. See our Privacy Policy. We never sell your data.

4. Acceptable use

Use the service for your own organization. Do not attempt to reverse engineer the scoring, resell the output, or misuse the platform.

5. AI-generated content

Reports are generated using automated, AI-based scoring and may contain errors or inaccuracies. Verify them independently before relying on them for financial or business decisions.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

The service and all reports are provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the score or report is error-free.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, FinClarQ will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Massachusetts. Any dispute arising from them or from your use of the service will be resolved in the courts of Massachusetts.
